Mitchell Price

Operations Manager

Mitchell Price co-founded Airstrike HVAC with his wife, Andrea, with a shared vision: to deliver honest, high-quality HVAC solutions with unmatched customer care. Their combined entrepreneurial spirit and passion have been the foundation of our company's rapid growth and trusted reputation.

With over 13 years of HVAC experience, Mitchell serves as our senior technician and TDLR license holder, ensuring every job meets the highest standards. His HVAC journey began at 13, learning the trade from his uncle and going full-time by 18. A U.S. Air Force veteran and current Army Reservist, Mitchell gained advanced mechanical skills that accelerated his path to licensure and leadership in the field.

Beyond work, Mitchell loves spending time with his family and friends, as well as with his furry friends Sammy, Rocky, and Belky. His dedication to both his craft and his community make him a cornerstone of the Airstrike team.

Andrea Hernandez

Vendor Relations Manager & Co-Founder

Andrea Hernandez is the powerhouse behind Airstrike HVAC's vendor partnerships and operational success. She co-founded Airstrike HVAC in 2023 with her husband, Mitchell Price, with a shared mission: to deliver honest, high-quality HVAC solutions with unmatched customer care. Their passion and entrepreneurial spirit continue to drive the company's rapid growth and trusted reputation.

Andrea earned her BBA in Management from Texas State University in December 2022, graduating magna cum laude in just 2.5 years—all while working full-time in HVAC. Her blend of academic excellence and real-world experience speaks volumes about her dedication and drive.

Originally from El Salvador, Andrea moved to the U.S. in 2017. Her resilience, cultural perspective, and leadership continue to shape Airstrike's inclusive, values-led culture.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys time with her church community, family, friends, and her three dogs: Sammy, Rocky, and Belky. She brings heart, integrity, and energy to everything she does.

Carlos Vela

Service Manager

Carlos proudly holds the distinction of being the very first team member at Airstrike HVAC—and from day one, he's been an irreplaceable part of our company's growth and success. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, Carlos is a seasoned expert whose deep knowledge and unmatched work ethic have made him a trusted leader in the field.

As our go-to specialist for HVAC repair, replacement, and maintenance, Carlos consistently delivers top-tier results with a focus on quality, efficiency, and integrity. He embodies Airstrike's core values, especially our commitment to exceptional customer service—ensuring every client receives the care and professionalism they deserve.

Outside of work, Carlos is a true animal lover and enjoys life surrounded by both pets and farm animals. He shares his home with two beloved dogs, Simba and Chica, and takes joy in caring for a lively menagerie of animals—including chickens, bunnies, and goats! His kindness and dedication extend beyond the job, showing in every interaction with customers and every creature he lovingly cares for.

Jonathan Gonzales

Senior Construction Estimator & Account Executive

Jonathan Gonzales brings seasoned expertise and sharp industry insight to his role as Senior Construction Estimator & Account Executive at Airstrike HVAC. With a background working at Goodman/Daikin, our primary HVAC manufacturer, Jonathan offers a unique perspective—understanding both the technical and practical side of HVAC.

Motivated by a desire to work directly with clients, Jonathan joined Airstrike to provide a more personalized and hands-on experience. He works closely with homeowners, builders, and general contractors, guiding them through the full project lifecycle—from detailed estimating to seamless project turnover. His goal is always the same: to help clients select the best HVAC solutions tailored to their unique goals and budgets.

Whether it's a residential upgrade or a large-scale commercial build, Jonathan ensures every detail is handled with professionalism, precision, and care.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys life with his wife, Abby. Together, they love discovering Austin's classic spots and traveling far and wide whenever they can.

Jose Gonzales

Project Manager

Jose Gonzales is responsible for leading field operations with precision, clarity, and a strong commitment to quality. Whether managing a quick residential install or overseeing a complex commercial project, Jose coordinates closely with our office management team and field crews to ensure each job is executed to the highest standards.

Jose's diverse background in operations across several industries—including HVAC—brings top expertise and highly developed skills to navigate tight timelines, meet unique project demands, and adapt to evolving job site needs. A strong communicator, he keeps our clients informed and confident throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys time with his wife, Daisy, and their son, AJ. He's a passionate football and basketball fan and loves giving back through his local church community.

Jose brings leadership, organization, and heart to everything he does—making him an essential part of the Airstrike team.

Sammy is our beloved 6-year-old Pitbull-Labrador mix and the heart of the Airstrike HVAC team. Known for his kind, caring, and fun-loving personality, Sammy brings joy to the workplace and reminds us daily to lead with compassion and commitment. As our official mascot, he inspires our crew to deliver the same warmth and loyalty to our customers that he gives to us. Whether he's greeting the team in the morning or just spreading smiles, Sammy is always ready to lend a paw in support of our mission.
